ArQule, Inc. (Nasdaq:ARQL) has closed an underwritten public offering of 10,637,500 shares of its common stock, which includes 1,387,500 additional shares pursuant to the full exercise of the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters. The shares were sold at the public offering price of $9.75 per share, resulting in gross proceeds for ArQule, Inc. of approximately $103.7 Million. ArQule, Inc. intends to use the proceeds of the offering to fund its clinical programs and for its general corporate purposes.
